In this new unit development, the bathroom footprint was compact. The challenge was to avoid the common pitfalls of small bathrooms: cramped layouts, poor flow, and a lack of character. The client wanted a bathroom that felt bold, modern, and surprisingly spacious, proving that you don't need a large area to make a big impact.

We knew that smart design was the key to success. Instead of opting for a standard, space-eating corner shower unit, our solution focused on a more open shower configuration with a simple glass panel, which immediately makes the room feel larger and more accessible. The consistent use of dramatic matte black fixtures creates a cohesive and high-end designer look that punches well above its weight.
